Infrastructure

Our 60000-square foot plant is strategically laid out to maximize production capacity. We have installed capacity to produce 2400 metric tons of castings per year. We have all the necessary in - house facilities to speed up production. We are a modern foundry with world-class machinery and highly experienced staff. Our plant has several wire rope hoist cranes with lifting capacity of 10 tons to help us make heavy weight castings.

Molding

Our molding department is outfitted with world-class machines and a sand plant to produce the most efficient no-bake alkaline phenolic (Alpha Set) molds.

Melting

We are equipped with 500 kg, 1500kg, (850 kw medium frequency) induction furnaces and are supplemented with auto control ladle preheaters. Immersion pyrometer for controlling tapping and pouring temperature for different alloys. In addition, the spectrometer is placed near the furnaces to provide bath and final analysis prior to pouring. We also have the option of adding one more 3000 kg crucible in the future.

Fettling

Our fettling shop is divided into several dedicated booths for gas cutting, pneumatic grinding, electric grinding, welding, & gauzing. It is very well equipped with several pneumatic grinders, shaft grinders, swing grinders, arc welding machines, gauzing machines, tig welding machines. We also have shot blasting and grit blasting facility available inhouse. We have a full set of measurement instruments available within fettling shop along with a surface plate/surface table for accurate dimension measurement.

Heat Treatment

We have a 3.2 MT capacity gas fired Heat Treatment Furnace with several specialties. Among them are- Extractor based on independent crane for loading of charge & for quenching. It can perform quench of 3.2 MT load in less than 30 seconds. A 60000-liter water tank and a large water pump for agitation, which was raptured vapor blanket for fast cooling and coupled with a cooling tower. It also has computerized record of individual thermocouples.

Machining

We currently outsource machining of our castings through our ISO approved vendors. We are in process of establishing in house machining facilities.

We believe in the ideal of maintaining a clean and pollution-free environment. To accomplish our vision, we have installed dust collectors and dust filters throughout our facility to reduce the amount of dust particles emitted into the environment, as well as a closed loop pneumatic sand conveying system is installed to reduce the amount of dust released into the surrounding environment.
