Shivalay Alloy Cast is a modern foundry established in 2021 specifically designed for the manufacturing of sand castings using a semi-automated no- bake Alkaline Phenolic (Alpha Set) sand system, located at Rajkot (Biliyala) in western India.
The company is engaged in manufacturing and supply of Carbon steel, Manganese steel Alloy steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless steel, Nickel based alloy steel castings in various size and weights up to 1400 kgs per piece to meet international standards like ASTM, DIN, EN, BS and customer requirements. The products serve to Valve Pump industry, Chemical Processing Plant, Refinery, Mining, Oil exploration, Marine, Power generation, Earthmoving Equipment, Automobile and General Engineering Industries.
This is a new venture of our directors to revolutionize casting industry in India. For the past 15 years, the group has been involved in the casting industry. We have a unit dedicated to Ductile and Grey Iron casting since 2007.This plant is specifically designed to cater the needs of steel and alloy steel casting weighing up to 1400kg per piece.
